SolveMotive provides custom software development, AI/ML solutions, blockchain development, mobile and web application development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and MVP development services.

All projects are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) that outline specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

• Client Work: Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all source code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
• Pre-existing Materials: SolveMotive retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the course of delivering services.
• Website Content: All content on the SolveMotive website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SolveMotive and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without permission

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for projects are defined in individual project agreements. General terms include:

• Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the project agreement
• Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement and remains in effect indefinitely for trade secrets and for three (3) years for other confidential information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveMotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

For project deliverables, warranty terms are defined in individual project agreements. SolveMotive typically provides a post-launch support period as specified in the project scope.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests. Project-specific termination terms are governed by individual project agreements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
